Back in April, two members of our team went to a Business-to-Business talk at Ashford International Hotel, Kent.

Back in April, two members of our team went to a Business-to-Business talk at Ashford International Hotel, Kent. The day consisted of mass networking for our Agency, where other businesses and firms interested in our services would approach us and simply share contact details and ideas with us. The idea going in was, ‘you never who you might meet, or who you might be able to do business with’. In our eyes, networking is not all about getting immediate sales but building connections.

 

Ryan (our Manging and Creative Director), Callum (our Marketing Apprentice) and Brendan (our Project Manager) ventured to the event wearing their flashy t-shirts, which would mean that there could be no way Angle Studios could be missed! Once they were approached by interested businesses, they highlighted what we do here at Angle, bullet-pointing our main services: branding, web development, digital marketing and out-sourcing. A big part of the day, however, was about not stepping on other similar Agency’s toes. We realised that there was plenty to go round, so gave such agencies the necessary details for outsourcing clients when the pressure got too much for them.

 

A month later and Angle were back at it again! This time the team went to Buckmore Park, Maidstone to present a workshop on business to business synergy. At the event, we had our own stand that was exhibiting Angle’s services whilst Ryan delivered his workshop on Brand and Website Synergy to get your business spotted. We were able to network with an array of different businesses and there was the further positive of Ryan winning his heat at the go karting! To conclude, the days were unmitigated successes, with many future connections made and old ones cemented in the works.
