How does it work?
It’s very simple. A member of the Angle Team will be in touch to demo the available themes.
What happens next with payment?
Once you’ve chosen your website and happy to proceed you will be sent to a secure online GoCardless payment screen. After we’ve had the payment subscription confirmed, you will receive an email with links to your new website, along with WordPress login details and links to book an available training slot.
If you prefer to pay for a lifetime licence (one-off cost) this is £525.00 +vat. There is an ongoing hosting fee of £15.00+vat per month
How long does it take before I get my website?
We aim to send you access to your site within one hour of receiving your payment confirmation.
Will I own my website?
You licence your website with us. We would say you are better to licence so you don’t have worries of security, hosting and the general updates. Then, in time you can upgrade your website with a new design if you wish.
If however, you do wish to purchase so you ‘own’ your website please speak to the Angle Team and we can explain the options
Can I customise my theme?
All the themes have been produced in-house.
The themes are built using WordPress and allow you to customise to your liking, for example, colours, fonts, and of course, content.
Customisation using available plugins is free. This will allow us to use plugins from WordPress.org. This means we can basically customise to suit most needs. For example, online booking calendars.
Will you add my content for me?
Placeholder content will be added. If you want Angle to add the content you need to sign up to a content support package.
Training
You’ll be sent a video on how to use your website. It is very easy, however, we will be available to offer Zoom training.
Hosting
Hosting is £15+vat per month. This is common practice. Our pricing is very competitive to help you. You will not need to do a thing – we do it all.
Your website will not be able to be moved to another hosting.
Support you can rely on
You’ll deal with your Angle Account Manager, but we recommend any support requirements are submitted via a support ticket system where you can track progress. We aim to reply within 2 hours.
